Who we are

This website is operated by Axis Project, the UAE arm of Axis Project GmbH, working in Dubai and across the United Arab Emirates.

What we collect

We collect information in two ways, and only these two.

First, what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are asking about, and your message. If you choose to attach them, we also receive the photos or video clips you upload of the surfaces you want restored. You can send an enquiry without attaching anything.

Second, basic information about how you reached the site: which advertisement, search or link brought you here, the first page you landed on, and the date. This is stored in your browser and explained under Cookies below.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, identity documents or any other sensitive information through this website.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, understand the damage well enough to quote for it, and carry out the work if you decide to go ahead. The photographs matter here: seeing the actual surface is often the difference between a rough estimate and an accurate price.

We also use the information about how you reached us to understand which advertising and which pages actually bring in work. That helps us spend sensibly. It is not used to build a profile of you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails to people who simply submitted an enquiry.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie, named ax_attr. It records the campaign, search or link that first brought you here, the page you landed on, and the date. It lasts 90 days and is set only by this website, not by an advertising network.

Its only purpose is that when an enquiry arrives, we can see where it originally came from. It does not follow you to other websites.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. If that changes, this notice is updated first.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

Who your information is shared with

Your enquiry reaches our team by email. Three service providers are involved in getting it to us and keeping it available:

• Vercel, which hosts this website and stores any files you upload
• Brevo, which delivers the enquiry to our inbox as an email
• Zoho, which hosts our mailbox where the enquiry is read and kept

These providers process the information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Files you upload are stored privately and are not publicly accessible or listed by search engines.

We may share details of an enquiry with our parent company in Germany where that is needed to answer you or carry out the work. We do not share your information with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that turn into work are kept for as long as we need them for the job and for the business and tax records that follow it.

Enquiries that do not turn into work, and the photographs sent with them, are kept while the conversation is live and then removed once they are no longer useful. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your enquiry and any files you sent with it
• stop using your information for anything further

Write to office@axis-project.ae and we will deal with it. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason to ask for deletion.

Security

The site is served entirely over an encrypted connection, and uploaded files are held in private storage that is reachable only through a link we send to ourselves. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not keep information we do not need, which is the most effective protection available.

Changes to this notice

If we change how this website handles personal information, we update this page and change the date below. We do not apply a change retroactively to information already collected under an earlier version.
